Shopify e-commerce website development and management

  • Register a new e-commerce site in Shopify.
  • Design and build the website according to Client’s preferred brand colors, typography, and layout design.
    • Provide insights on the best layout that would sell more products/services or generate leads.
  • Create listings for products or services
    • Help Client select pictures and videos that would sell the product or service more.
    • Work with Client in writing the product titles and descriptions that brings out the qualities of the products or services.

 

  • Create different Collections (categories) for products or services.

 

  • Create other supporting pages like About Us, Frequently Asked Questions, Location, and blogs/articles to help build the brand.
  • Install a time slot selection app for services that are appointment-based (ex: clinics, salons, rentals, etc.).

  • Develop an effective landing page for lead generation type of businesses (ex: outsourcing, real estate, insurance, etc.).

 

  • Staff accounts
    • Add staff accounts in Shopify for Client's employees.
    • Give correct access level for each employee.

 

  • Inventory system
    • Initiate the Inventory system in Shopify.
    • Train and guide Client’s staff members on how to use it.

  • Locations
    • If applicable, register different locations like retail store, restaurant, branches, warehouse, etc.
  • Transfer system
    • Train and guide Client’s staff members on how to use the Transfer system in Shopify to move and track inventory from one location to another.
  • If applicable, configure the following modes of product delivery:
    • Pick-up in store
      • Configure the Shopify POS app for retail employees.
    • Local delivery
      • Configure the Shopify delivery app for drivers.
    • Shipping
      • Create shipping zones and prices for physical products.
  • Email marketing campaigns
    • Once a good-sized customer database is built, create email marketing campaigns to generate more sales from existing customers.

Facebook and Instagram advertisement

  • Integrate Facebook ad account with Shopify website:
    • Install Facebook pixel.
    • Configure web events.
  • Identify target demographic for Client’s Facebook and Instagram advertisements.
  • Select appropriate marketing collaterals to be used for Facebook and Instagram ads.
  • Create Facebook and Instagram ads.
  • Monitor daily performance of these ads.
  • Analyze ad results and look for patterns that can be utilized for further improvements.
  • Adjust parameters to optimize ad performance.
  • Provide ad performance statistics and reports via email.
  • Give insights to what these statistics mean and advice on ways to further improve the overall ad campaign.
  • Coordinate with Client’s staff and train him/her on how to use Facebook’s business software tools to effectively respond to customers (ex, Facebook Business Manager, Saved Replies, auto replies, etc.).
  • Create more advertisements whenever necessary.

  • Facebook Events
    • Create Facebook Event posts for Client. Example use cases are:
      • Trade shows or exhibits
      • Promotional events
      • Launch events
    • Create a Facebook Event advertisement to attract the right attendees.
    • Coordinate with Client’s contact person who will provide event content and write-up.
  • Job Postings
    • Create a Facebook job post for hiring purposes.
    • Create a Facebook ad for the job post.
    • Determine the right target audience.
    • Coach the HR or hiring manager on how to use Facebook’s job tools for reviewing resumes and responding to job applicants.

What's not included

This proposal does not include the following:

  • Fulfilling (picking and packing) products for shipment/delivery.
  • Creating marketing collateral (ex, product photos, graphic editing, etc.).
  • Answering company and product-specific questions.
    • This will be the responsibility of Client’s contact person.
  • Organizing and managing the marketing event.
  • Writing job descriptions for job posts.
    • This will be provided by the HR or hiring manager.
